Just in case it doesn't fit (or perhaps it's not your style), here's a little info on how to send it back.
If for any reason you would like a refund on your order, please submit your request prior to receiving the email that confirms your shipment which will typically arrive in your email inbox 1-2 business days after your order is received. Once your order has ships, you will have to return your item before receiving a refund.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
You have 30 days to return or exchange any non-sale items purchased from our online store. The items must be unwashed, unworn with original tags still attached. A refund for the cost of the item purchased will be issued once the item is received. If you requested an exchange, your new item will be shipped after the original item purchased is received. Playa Society is currently not able to provide a return shipping label - so you will have to cover this shipping cost. Please follow these steps:
- Step One: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and inform if you want to RETURN or EXCHANGE your item(s).
- Step Two: Mail your unworn item(s) to the address below:
- Step Three: Once the item is received, your RETURN or EXCHANGE will be processed.
Please note: Custom orders, stickers, sale items, and items purchased at events cannot be returned.
Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees. Please look to terms and conditions page for more detailed information.
